Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Helion Energy, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects remotely while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Oversee project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Manage communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Utilize project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Ensure project deliverables align with Helion Energy’s standards and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering, energy, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Strong communication and leadership skills for remote collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
