Loyalty Specialist

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Loyalty Specialist.

The successful candidate will be a customer service professional who excels dealing with customers over the phone.  Dealership experience preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements of the position are as follows:

  • minimum one year experience in an administrative role involving extensive telephone work 
  • superior communication and organizational skills
  • very good comfort level with computers and programs such as MS Office and CRM tools
  • must adapt well to changing priorities and multiple demands
  • must be self-directed and target-oriented 
  • must be dependable
  • must be a creative thinker who loves to share ideas
  • flexible schedule
