Manage overall company operations including revenue, budget and staff; establish and accomplish business objectives to ensure that standards are maintained; meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue; ensure products and services meet quality safety standards; develop and implement strategies, short and long term plans and business needs; review financial statements, sales and activity reports; create financial projections for growth and profitability; manage income and expense budget; analyze budget to determine areas where reductions in expenditures can be made and allocate operating budgets; meet company goals for revenue generation, profitability and budget standards; evaluate staff performance, make salary recommendations, and administer disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent foreign degree

2 years experience as General Managing Director
