ERP Business Analyst

Position Summary: The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Business Analyst is crucial in

managing and supporting Standard’s ERP systems and ensuring seamless integration with

third-party products. This person has a robust background in ERP systems, excellent

problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively with multiple teams and

technologies. 

 

Objectives: This position focuses on effective implementation of Standard’s ERP system

within our companies. Aligning business practices within the capabilities of the ERP

system. Provide data analytics and continued system enhancements. This position plays a

critical role in providing routine user training, support, and documentation of processes

while concurrently supporting and adopting new features of our ERP system.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Administer and maintain ERP systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.

•  Manage system updates, configurations, and integrations.

•  Lead ERP projects for new modules and enhancements.

•  Integrate ERP with third-party products and existing processes.

•  Develop and manage project plans for ERP and third-party implementations.

•  Provide technical support for ERP and third-party issues.

•  Document ERP processes and integration procedures.

•  Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems.

•  Create and analyze reports from ERP and third-party systems.

•  Serve as the primary contact for user queries and support.

•  Monitor system performance and gather feedback for enhancements.

•  Stay updated on ERP and integration trends and technologies.

•  Regular and punctual attendance is required.

•  All other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Abilities:

•  Experience with ERP systems and third-party integrations.

•  Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.

•  Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP and integration issues.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•  Experience managing ERP and third-party integration projects.

•  Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

•  Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.

 

Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business

administration or a related field.

•  3-5 years of similar experience working with ERP systems.

•  Experience with relevant ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,

Epicor, DMSi/Agility).

•  Proven track record of successful ERP implementations or upgrades

Working Conditions: This position generally works Monday through Friday in an office

environment. Moderate travel is required for ongoing training, implementing new features,

and providing onsite support at various business locations.
