We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. We work hard, but we love our jobs. Our Patient Care Coordinator WILL...

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the clinic, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Take before and after photos
- Schedule follow up appointments
- Assist patients with consent paperwork
- Make invoices and take payments
- Maintain the rooms in perfect order (yes, we're picky about how the towels are rolled, how the robes are hung and how the toilet paper is folded).
- Be a team player, offering to help others on the team when you're not busy.
- Pull and file charts
- Stock linens and supplies
- Confirm upcoming appointments

Our Patient Care Coordinator WILL NOT...

- Settle for sloppy work
- Compromise patient safety
- Provide a "less than 5 star" experience, ever.
- Wear jeans or a messy bun or dirty tennis shoes to work
- Expect to use work time to surf the internet, do your amazon shopping or stay up to date on the latest tik tok trends.
- Be rude to patients or other team members
- Show up late to work

Qualifications:
- We won't get stuck on your prior experiences (though we would love to hear about them!). We want someone who wants to work with an amazing team and amazing patients and is willing to learn and open to coaching (everyone on our team receives coaching, no matter how long they have been with us...we can always improve!)
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
