Job Responsibilities of a Licensed Insurance Agent Professional

Ensure a positive client experience;

Help protect clients by offering insurance that will meet their needs;
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews, update coverages and customer service work to active policies;
Excellent creative problem-solving skills;
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals;
Ability to take directions and learn.

Job Requirements of a Licensed Sales Professional

Confident self-starter who works well independently
No fear of being turned down or talking to strangers
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Sales experience
Driven to fulfill client’s needs

Must have insurance licenses
Bilingual candidates (Spanish) extremely welcomed.
Knowledge of Ezlynx insurance management system
Knowledge of outlook, excel, word.
