JOB PURPOSE:

Help create, implement and drive a data-driven culture through analytics, enhanced reporting and decision support. Execute timely financial analysis and reporting surrounding day-to-day business metrics, strategic initiatives, new products, pricing, profit optimization and business development areas. Work with BIG DATA and transform millions of records of transactional data from multiple data sources into intuitive and actionable dashboards for management. The hiring range for this position is $89,000-$100,000. The actual base salary offered to the most qualified individual will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance.  

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Help drive fact-based solutions and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Develop or improve reporting on operating results, primarily using SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.
