Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Automation Platforms Manager. Primary Function: manage a team responsible for the development planning, design, operational readiness, and support cloud computing of the automation platform including, but not limited to RPA, Batch, and CI/CD. This will require both technical and leadership competencies to manage and help coordinate major initiatives, coordinating multiple departments, service lines, platforms, and various administrative interfaces with overall business/financial solutions. Manage projects involving high business risk, scope, and impact to the organization; leads and facilitates strategic projects and is involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures, workflows and needs associated with environments. The individual will help execute the strategy and will provide insight to leaders, peers, and team members on the delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all automation development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Commercial Credit Analyst II. Primary Function: Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex or time sensitive files, on a timely basis that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, including making recommendations on approval and determining appropriate risk ratings for all types of commercial products, with little guidance from the Commercial Lending leadership team.
The salary range for this role is between $88,000.00 and $104,500.00 annuallly.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth commercial credit analyses, generally on the more complex and time sensitive files that are consistent with HVCU format, policy and procedures, comprehensive and contain thorough and relevant analysis, and are free of typographical, grammatical and mathematical errors that require limited or no editing by the Supervisor, Commercial Credit/AVP, Commercial Lending. To include identifying recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow, the Borrower’s ability to cover debt service, and the ability of the guarantor to support the Borrower.
- Assign the appropriate risk rating based on identified financial trends, risks, mitigants and policy exceptions. Recommendations are to be supported by financial spreads, investigative data (credit reports; lien & litigation searches, etc.) and where applicable global cash flows, covenant compliance assessments or other such analytical measures.
- Assist with loan structure and mentoring of other credit staff, on an as needed basis.
- Complete commercial credit analyses within specified deadlines.
- Maintain the Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio by performing annual reviews, renewals, extensions and modifications on existing borrowing relationships.
- Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other HVCU personnel, members, etc. within given timeframes and within established policy.
- Achieve goals assigned to the Credit Analyst II as part of the departments’ annual operating plan. To include initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance member experience and increase department efficiencies.

Assist in creating an overall IT quality strategic roadmap and approach to quality assurance that will ensure required performance and functionality of HVCU’s technology and applications.
Assist in the creation of end-to-end test strategies for testing of major platform and application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance. Follow best practices for quality assurance processes and perform them in a timely and efficient manner.
Create quality assurance and testing standards to be adhered to by all HVCU staff. Educate and guide business users on the importance of quality assurance/testing and their practices.
- Design, develop and maintain automation for validating data to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Lead quality assurance plans to support system integrations, conversions and migrations.
Partner with HVCU’s Project Management Office in the creation of quality assurance and activities in project plans.
Provide oversight, guidance and management to quality assurance 3rd parties providing services to HVCU to achieve assurance goals in a cost effective manner.
Increase team capacity through the use of automated solutions to enable speed and agility in meeting business needs.
Develop control processes and scorecards to monitor data and reporting issues to produce QA test result reports, in an effort to drive and coordinate issue resolution with responsible parties.
Ensure solutions within the environment follow established guidelines, policies, and technical frameworks.

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Wealth Managemetn Administrative Assistant. Primary Function: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Wealth Management office. Handle all administrative activities for the VP of Financial Services, AVP Operations, and Sales Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone in a professional and courteous manner while providing information about our services, referring caller to the appropriate Wealth Management Financial Consultant or HVCU department, answer operational inquiries with respect, tact and diplomacy.
- Create and maintain client files, prepare all documents, applications, checks or forms for submission to broker/dealer to be imaged; follow up to ensure documents are clearly legible.
- Review, evaluate and process referrals within service level standards, create client record in CRM database, or enter into existing record, schedule appointment when possible, forward referral to appropriate Sales Assistant. Deliver CRS disclosure via phone or email in compliance with broker/dealer requirements. Enter notes into CRM management of all activity related to a client or prospect account.
- Manage and order Wealth Management department supplies. Organize and maintain Wealth Management supply room.
- Maintain Wealth Management client correspondence and update information. Open and distribute daily mail, handle all incoming and outgoing faxes.
- Manage monthly reports for referral activity from HVCU employees sent to Wealth Management, integrate data into existing Excel spread sheets, formulate totals and submit final report to HVCU Human Resources department on a monthly basis.
- Arrange Wealth Management staff meetings. Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
