27 year local company has immediate openings for diagnosing, repairs, and maintenance for well established company doing primarily residential systems with some light commercial. Currently running multiple service operators with a need to expand. We provide a company vehicle for business use, a cell phone and tablet or use your phone with a reimbursement. Must have at least 5 years field experience and hold a current EPA license. Must uphold company standards for quality, honesty, reliability. On call shifts required. On call shifts are spread out and in shifts to prevent burnout and promote a family/work life balance. Delayed start times for on call and staggered shifts for summer time weekend shifts. We go out of our way to provide a schedule that limits stress and fatigue. Must be efficient and personable, receptive to training, be a team player and focus on exceeding customer satisfaction.
