Position: Civil Paralegal

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file legal documents for civil litigation matters
Assist attorneys with case management, scheduling, and court filings
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials
Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and external parties
Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files using Caret Legal
Support attorneys in trial preparation and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

Prior experience as a paralegal in civil litigation or related legal field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with legal software (Caret Legal experience a plus)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
