Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models tailored to real estate analytics and business operations
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, forecast property values, and optimize portfolio performance
Collaborate with Business Intelligence, IT, and operational teams to integrate ML solutions into real estate platforms
Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability for production deployment
Conduct experiments, validate results, and ensure reproducibility of ML solutions
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning and AI
Document model architecture, workflows, and results for team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Interest or experience in real estate data analytics is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes, sales, and client satisfaction
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions

Qualifications:
