Job Description:

Homelora Estate is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools to support operational excellence, optimize real estate performance, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Homelora Estate, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements

• Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes, sales, and client satisfaction

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems

• Stay up-to-date with BI tools, analytics trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role

• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of real estate industry data and trends is a plus
