Machine Learning Engineer Leveraging AI to Optimize Real Estate

Homelora Estate is seeking an innovative and highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to transform real estate data into actionable insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and data-driven strategies to optimize property management, client engagement, and investment decisions.

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Homelora Estate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions that enhance operational efficiency, predict market trends, and deliver superior value to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models tailored to real estate analytics and business operations
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, forecast property values, and optimize portfolio performance
Collaborate with Business Intelligence, IT, and operational teams to integrate ML solutions into real estate platforms
Optimize model performance, scalability, and maintainability for production deployment
Conduct experiments, validate results, and ensure reproducibility of ML solutions
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning and AI
Document model architecture, workflows, and results for team collaboration and knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Interest or experience in real estate data analytics is an advantage
