Homelora Estate is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools to support operational excellence, optimize real estate performance, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Homelora Estate, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and helping the company maintain its competitive edge in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decisions
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
Monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes, sales, and client satisfaction
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer strategic business questions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems
Stay up-to-date with BI tools, analytics trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of real estate industry data and trends is a plus
