We are currently seeking class A and B drivers. Positions we have available include: tractor trailer, dump truck and concrete mixer drivers. Our drivers are all local drivers and home nightly. This is a family owned business with other opportunities for people to do different things throughout the day. Generally we work Monday - Friday with some Saturdays available. 

Supervisor

• Reports to Concrete Manager

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• CLASS B or higher CDL
• Minimum of one-year experience operating a Commercial vehicle
• Good employment record, attitude and work ethic
• Ability to pass a background, drug screen and DOT physical

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe and efficient delivery of ready mix concrete
• Perform pre and post-trip truck inspections
• Verify mix and slump conformance after loading at plant and on job site
• Maintain appearance of truck; perform minor repairs, as needed
• Establish and maintain a professional and friendly relationship with Company’s customers, clients, dispatch, management & co-workers

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Complies with all federal, state and Company safety regulations

• Assists with the production of precast blocks, barriers and car stops
• Assists in the cutting and bending of rebar
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed
