Schedule: First Shift – Monday to Thursday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

This role involves working with hand and power tools to deburr, clean, inspect, and pack precision machined parts. Metal Finisher Qualifications:

• Experience with deburring, cleaning, or inspection of precision parts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts effectively

Metal Finisher Responsibilities:

• Use hand and power tools to deburr and clean precision machined parts
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Pack finished parts with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or experience in a machine shop environment required

Clamp Truck Driver – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay: $20.05 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Overview:

Ethan Allen Staffing is hiring Clamp Truck Drivers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Middletown, NY. This role involves safely operating a clamp truck to transport and organize paper rolls for production. Forklift operators without clamp experience would NOT be qualified for this role.

Clamp Truck Driver Qualifications:

• Experience operating a clamp truck or forklift (certification preferred)
• Ability to read and follow production lineups and inventory records
• Basic computer skills and ability to use measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
• Prior experience in manufacturing or corrugated packaging is a plus
