- Ensure appropriate documentation is received to verify financial aid eligibility; guide students to ensure financial aid requirements are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Maintain and update both electronic and hard-copy student files.
- Schedule office appointments and maintain calendars as applicable.
- Create and update office correspondence as needed.
- Assist with student employment paperwork and ensuring accurate and complete documentation is received.
- Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations pertinent to position.
- Consistently demonstrate courtesy, tact, professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle difficult people.

The office coordinates student employment both on and off campus, student billing, and financial literacy. We are dedicated to promoting accessibility through personalized service and integrity.
Normal office hours are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday), Tuesday and Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Saturday hours will vary. We encourage our staff to avoid vacations during April, early May and mid-August to mid-September. Job Summary:
Marist College seeks applications for the position of Security Officer. The Security Officer is responsible for providing excellent customer service and focuses on safety and security to all members of the Marist community, including parents and guests. Essential Functions:
- Patrol assigned area on foot, in assigned motor vehicle, or other specialized vehicle to ensure personal, building, and equipment security

- Monitors closed buildings for unauthorized persons and/or suspicious activities
- Inform and warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles
- Provide escort services for visitors, students, staff, and faculty, as necessary; provides other public assistance, such as lockout services, jump-starts, and routine information
- Watch for and reports irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations
- Contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel, as required
- Remain alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious persons and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and/or detain violators, as required, until police arrive
- Perform periodic checks of emergency call boxes and/or street lights to ensure proper functioning; reports malfunctions as required
- May provide safe and efficient transportation to University employees and/or visitors, as requested, using an institutional vehicle

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Senior IT Security Engineer. Primary Functions: Design, implement, and maintain security systems to protect the organization’s computer networks and data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and breaches. - Create and enforce IT Cyber Security Standards and Practices.Champion collaboration between IT teams, Risk Management, and 3rd party Security Partners.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities.
