Job Opportunity: Production Technician
Location: Pawling, NY
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Status: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Production Technicians to join our team. This role offers a variety of hands-on opportunities across departments, including machine operation, material handling, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is adaptable and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Production Technician Responsibilities:

• Operate basic machinery and use hand tools to vulcanize products.
• Conduct product testing and quality assurance checks.
• Grind imperfections and prepare products for shipping.
• Handle materials and move products throughout the facility manually or with carts.
• Pack and prepare products for shipment while ensuring quality standards.

Production Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Willingness to work in a high-temperature environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required.
