We are looking for a Clinical Staff (LPN/RN) to provide support services for our patients and providers.  Our multi-specialty medical office is looking for qualified candidates to become part of our healthcare team.

Our practice is patient driven.  MAHV is NCQA Certified for Patient Centered Medical Home.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): 

Rooming and vitaling patients, EMR documentation, Patient Education, Vaccinations, GAPS in Care, and more.

Requirements:
Appropriate current licensing and education. Experience with direct patient care a plus. Knowledge of Medent (EMR) a plus. Team player with a positive attitude is a must!
