Pay: $35 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts (Days)

Ethan Allen Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a residential group home in Rhinebeck, NY. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a structured weekday schedule in a supportive environment focused on patient care and well-being.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a group home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Communicate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State
• Experience in residential care, long-term care, or a group home setting is preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
