Full-Time Lead Clinician
Location: Catskill, NY
Salary: $75,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Clinician to join our team in Catskill, NY. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs while contributing your expertise in behavioral analysis and clinical strategies.

Lead Clinician Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; LCSW required.
• 3-5 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including behavior plan development and implementation.
• Expertise in assessment techniques and behavior support planning.
• Knowledge of HCBS and Part 633.16 regulations.
• Certification or ability to obtain certification in SCIP-R.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Therapy.

Lead Clinician Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and train staff in effective behavior plan implementation.
• Ensure compliance with HCBS and Part 633.16 regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
• Utilize strong behavioral analysis skills to address challenges and promote growth.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reports while leveraging tools like Microsoft Office and Therapy.
