Job Overview:

Ethan Allen Staffing is seeking a House Manager to oversee a transitional living home for men in recovery in White Plains, NY. This role involves enforcing house policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and assisting residents in maintaining their recovery journey.

House Manager Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders preferred
• Understanding of recovery processes and transitional housing operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
