President Container Group, a leading independent manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging (Sheets, Boxes, Trays, Partitions, Displays, etc..) is seeking full-time experienced Forklift Operator(s) for the factory in rural Orange County, NY (Middletown, NY), 60 miles north of New York City (20 miles from New Jersey and Pennsylvania). Under the direction of the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for moving finished products from the production floor to warehouse storage shelves, puling products to prepare for shipping, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and documenting all inventory that you handled. You must follow all company and governmental safety guidelines at all times while in the warehouse. We prefer candidates who have some experience operating a forklift, but we are willing to train the right person. President Container, the manufacturing arm of PCG, is one of the largest corrugated plants (over 500,000 square feet) in North America. Our state-of-the-art facility has some of the most up-to-date machinery in the industry, and with it we produce in excess of 2.3 billion square feet of corrugated each year. Responsibilities:
 Following all safety rules and practices
 Teamwork with other associates
 Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places
 Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
 Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
 Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places

 Transport materials to production workstations
 Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

Requirements:
 Current forklift license and lift truck certification
 1+ years of experience working with heavy machinery, forklifts, or other related equipment a plus
 Able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb repeatedly during the course of the shift
 Can lift up to 50 pounds
 Valid driver’s license
 Able to pass a drug test and background check
 Strong troubleshooting skills
 Written and verbal communications skills
 High School Diploma or GED preferred
