Job Title: Experienced Metal Finisher
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay: $20-$22 per hour
Schedule: First Shift – Monday to Thursday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Ethan Allen Staffing is seeking experienced Metal Finishers to join a precision machining team in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role involves working with hand and power tools to deburr, clean, inspect, and pack precision machined parts. Metal Finisher Qualifications:

• Experience with deburring, cleaning, or inspection of precision parts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor defects
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts effectively

Metal Finisher Responsibilities:

• Use hand and power tools to deburr and clean precision machined parts
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Pack finished parts with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or experience in a machine shop environment required
