ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Research and contract with musicians/bands, variety acts, lecturers, Kids’ Club entertainment and other special programming.
- Evaluate and maintain relationships with existing performers.
- Negotiate and create entertainer contracts.
- Create BE0’s, purchase orders, and check requests for each performance.
- Track additional compensation for performers (room and meal pass compensation).
- Create and maintain Entertainment budget for fiscal year.
- Work closely with Senior Theme Programs Manager, Theme Programs Manager, and Director of Recreation and Entertainment on budget and schedule of performances.
- Work collaboratively with Theme Programs Department to prevent overlaps in entertainment and to fill in gaps in schedule.
- Schedule and supervise Parlor Door Attendants with Theme Programs Department.
- Duties may be heavier during some weeks and may require additional coverage and assistance (Parlor Door attendants).
- Work closely with Conference Services to oversee entertainment sound checks and performance setups.
- Create in-house signage for programs.
- Create Schedule of Events documents during Holiday periods for Marketing.
- Review and proofread entertainment offerings on website, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and or participate in daily shift briefings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Windows-based operating systems such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency with other software programs including Canva, MICROS OPERA, Reservation Assistant, Salesforce, WordPress, and Adaco.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, proofreading skills, and produce well-written, error-free copies.
- Adhere to Mohonk Mountain House’s Dress and Grooming Standards; presenting a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance and maintaining a positive, professional image to our customers.
- Learn and successfully demonstrate the Mohonk Mountain House Service Steps with Service Strategies with guests and staff.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule including days/nights, weekdays/weekends, holidays, and during peak periods of business and provide optimal oversight of entertainment.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven work history in the Recreation field or Hospitality industry with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory or management positions, preferably in a resort setting.

What is a Project Manager?
A Project Manager reports to the Director of Project Management and leverages best practices and Central Hudson’s methodology to deliver moderate to large scale infrastructure projects within scope, schedule, and cost criteria. What does a Project Manager do?
- Manages large-scale electric, gas and/or building infrastructure projects assigned to the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Coordinates project team members including customers, consultants, engineers and the environmental, real property, corporate communications, and construction departments

- Perform work under minimal supervision, receiving guidance from VP, Director Internal Audit.

General Summary:

Massage Therapist is responsible for providing all the various massage services offered in the Spa at Mohonk Mountain House. The Vendor Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting Central Hudson’s efforts to assess, monitor and mitigate information and cybersecurity risks associated with our vendors and third-party relationships. Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Universal Branch Associate Float Region 5. Primary Function: Provide highest level member service through efficient, accurate transaction processing and applying a consultative needs-based sales approach, focused on establishing new member relationships, and deepening and retaining existing relationships, to cross sell HVCU products and services. Responsible to travel to various locations within a specific cluster of branches as needed based on staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process transactions. Educate members about the most convenient way to complete transaction processing in the branch and through other channels such as Internet Banking, the mobile app, audio response, the Contact Center, etc. Resolve member complaints and concerns quickly and efficiently and involve other functional areas as needed. Assist with member inbound calling as needed to support the Contact Center. Use needs based sales approach, ask questions to uncover ways to meet members’ financial needs with additional HVCU products and services.
- Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and negotiable items. Assists management with daily operational tasks including operator, ATM, TellerInfinity and branch proof.
- Open new memberships, new accounts, new loans and process loan and account transactions. Refer members to branch business partners for consultation on Financial Services, Insurance Services, Real Estate and Business products as appropriate to meet member needs.
- Consistently follow all applicable policies and procedures. Utilize required programs and systems to assist with cross selling HVCU products and services.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services through ongoing training and education. Train new Universal Branch Associates as needed.
- Meet or exceed established individual and team goals through the consistent application of the HVCU Sales and Service model in all member interactions. Support the successful implementation of marketing programs and promotions by creating member awareness.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. This includes the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Employee and Member Value Propositions, Sales and Service Model, and commitment to Lean Six Sigma practices. Qualifications

- Minimum 1 Year Customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment experience, required
- Previous Teller or cash handling experience in a financial institution or retail environment, preferred
