As an Account and Loan Representative, you will assist members with their financial needs and establish and maintain long‑lasting, profitable member relationships. You will be responsible for loan origination and closing, as well as promoting and cross-selling TEG products and services.
This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position, Monday – Saturday, but the schedule varies; you must have flexible availability.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in lending, personal banking, and/or financial services in a bank or credit union
- Experience originating and/or closing loan applications is desired
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired!
- Must be available to work on Saturdays

Initial goals are based on admission orders, physician orders, dietary orders, therapy services social services and PASARR recommendation if indicated.• Provides the resident and their representative with a summary of the baseline care plan to include initial resident goals, summary of the resident’s medications and dietary instructions. Maintains records of resident/representative or family receiving the Baseline Care Plan with signature and date. • Completion of the Initial Comprehensive Care Plan is accurate and includes all clinical care provided; medication classes; ICD 10 Diagnoses Coded on the MDS with goals and interventions.• Updates the Quarterly MDS Care Plan Goals and Care Plan interventions as indicated in the clinical records; medication classes and new ICD 10 Diagnoses Codes.• Schedules the Comprehensive Care Plan committee meeting and ensures the residents care plan is developed to include all Care Area Assessments triggered, diagnoses and individualized needs.• Leads the Care Plan Meetings with the IDT ensuring resident/representatives and families are invited to care plan meetings for the initial admission; readmission; significant change; quarterly and annual care plan meetings in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Social Worker for units assigned. Primary function: Provide support to Commercial Lending Operations, including preparation of department reports and maintenance of department databases and portfolio management systems; as well as the third party due diligence process. Job Details Job Location: Woodland Pond Inc - New Paltz, NY Position Type: Per Diem Salary Range: $18.25 - $20.25 Hourly Job Category: Health Care DescriptionResponsible to Position Classifications Concierge and Security Services Coordinator Hourly/Non-exempt Directly Supervises and Evaluates None Is Back Up To: Driver Is Backed Up By: Driver WOODLAND POND CONFORMANCE STATEMENT In the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities, all employees are expected to conform to the following: Performing quality work with or without direct supervision Interacting professionally with other employees, residents, guests, and all others Working effectively and in accordance with the Woodland Pond Communication Fundamentals Completing tasks independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations Complying with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations as well as Woodland Pond policy and procedure at all times Position Summary The Driver is responsible for transporting residents of Woodland Pond to medical appointments, errands, special outings, and other destinations as assigned ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*CF indicates Critical Function) Receives daily schedule from the Concierge; communicates with the Concierge throughout the day regarding pick up/drop off times (*CF) Is responsible for taking a roll call each time residents board the bus (*CF) Assists residents with packages and WP grocery carts as needed Provides supervision as residents enter and exit the bus (*CF) Operates wheelchair lift to assist residents on/off the bus (*CF) Uses hands free devices if using the phone while driving Cleans the inside and outside of the bus as needed and as requested by supervisor Removes all trash from the inside of the bus and sweeps the inside of the bus as needed Alerts supervisor when oil change, inspection, registration, or other required maintenance is needed Contacts supervisor immediately if an accident involving the bus occurs Reports resident illness or behavior changes to supervisor Departs Woodland Pond in a timely manner; if a resident does not board on time the rest of the group should not have to wait Meets with supervisor and other drivers once a month to discuss following month’s schedule Follows all traffic laws including posted speed limits and utilizing safety belts Completes idle time tasks as assigned Completing all required training and in-services All other duties as assigned GENERAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintains high standards for work areas, attitude and appearance Understands that honesty and ethics are essential in the performance of duties Willing to learn and grow Demonstrates maturity in judgment and behaviors Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays Maintains predictable and reliable attendance, wearing the appropriate uniform as assigned Qualifications High school diploma, or HSE with two years of similar experience Valid NYS Class D Driver’s License, with a clean driving record and proof of valid personal liability auto insurance required Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to function within a Windows based computer program Ability to multitask Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating by telephone and in person with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population DEgree of travel Occasional off-site meetings, seminars, and conferences Disruption to Routine Must adapt to frequent schedule changes, department workload, and resident needs.
