What you’ll do as the Assistant Vice President of Collections:
Direct and monitors collection activities for the credit union through the Collections Department.
Direct the activities of the Collections and Risk Mitigation staff.
Recommend modifications to procedures and/or policies due to regulatory or statutory changes.
Develop, propose, gain acceptance for, and implement collections program policy and strategy; develop procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand. Lead activity related to new product development and process initiatives with respect to collection programs, compliance changes, and record retention.
Ensure that delinquent accounts are controlled, delinquent payments are collected, and/or collateral is recovered.
Oversee and monitor the Overdraft Privilege program. Represents Credit Union in foreclosure actions and related functions.
Prepare monthly reports for management and Board of Directors. Recommend accounts for charge-off. Perform and/or monitor all functions necessary to complete the charge-off process. Authorize the allocation of payments on charge-offs to recovery accounts.
Participate in establishment of annual department budget and monitor performance to budget throughout the year.
Serve as member of TEG Federal Credit Union's Security Committee, and Policy Review Committee. Serve as a member of the Asset/Liability Committee to develop operating procedures that assure the credit union maintains sufficient levels of capital, liquidity and pricing spreads.
Compensation:
The salary range is $78,000 to $88,000, with a generous annual bonus based on Credit Union performance. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive health & welfare package, Paid Time Off, a Defined Benefit Plan, and 401k match

- Conducts regular vulnerability assessments and scans to identify potential security weaknesses in IT & OT systems and networks
- Prioritizes vulnerabilities based on risk, impact, and exploitability
- Provides clear remediation guidance to IT teams
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- Analyzes vulnerability data to identify trends and develop strategies for mitigating risks
- Develops and maintain a vulnerability risk register and track remediation efforts to closure
- Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents, leveraging vulnerability data to understand attack vectors and prevent future occurrences

Required:

In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with 7 years of relative experience or a high school diploma or equivalency degree and 9 years of related experience will be considered.
- At least 3 years of vulnerability management experience
- At least 2 years in a security related role
- Proven leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience with incident response
- Experience with creating and maintaining external and internal relationships with key stakeholders
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of vulnerability management, and risk assessment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team

The Senior Distribution Operator – Distribution System Operations oversees the 24x7 operation of the gas and electric distribution systems. The position directs the continual operations of the electric and gas distribution systems by monitoring and impacting the performance of on shift personnel. The Senior Distribution Operator will have a crucial role in the development, testing and implementation of the ADMS system.
What does a Senior Distribution Operator?
- Effectively oversees the safe and reliable operation of the gas and electric distribution systems; working in conjunction with field supervision, monitors and raises the overall performance, efficiency, and productivity of personnel during business hours andafter-hours
- Actively works on the development, testing and implementation of ADMS
- Assists in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training necessary to establish centralized Distribution System Operations

In lieu of an associate’s degree, candidates with a high school diploma or equivalency degree and 3+ years of experience in the areas listed above will be considered
- Strong investigative and documentation skills; well-developed communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, EMS/SCADA, Transmission Outage application, etc.)
- Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts and successfully complete a personal risk assessment

Central Hudson is seeking an Engineer to join our Electric Distribution Planning and Interconnections team. Engineers within this group perform long-range system studies for the company’s electric distribution system as well as analyze the impacts from distributed energy resources looking to operate in parallel with Central Hudson’s system.
What does an Engineer – Electric Distribution Planning & Interconnections do?
- Develops an understanding of the NY State Standardized Interconnection Requirements, as well as internal Utility Interconnection process
- Develops long term plans for the electric distribution system including integration of renewable resources and improved system planning practices
- Determines the effect of distributed energy resources on the system and recommends system modification
- Develops distribution planning area studies identifying system upgrades to support aging infrastructure and growth-related issues
- Develops an understanding of electric reliability metrics and recommends plans to improve these metrics
- Works with Operations Engineers to identify solutions to support new commercial and industrial loads
- Supports the completion of Hosting Capacity requirements

What is an Assistant Transmission Operator?
Assistant Transmission Operators (ATOs) work an 8-hour rotating shift in our 24/7 “state-of-the art” System Operations Control Room which coordinates the work of personnel engaged in the safe and reliable operation of the electric and gas transmission systems. An ATO must possess the ability and skills necessary to fully operate various software programs that the Company utilizes to monitor and control the electric and gas transmission systems, assess storm damage, assign and dispatch field personnel, and optimize crew and work schedules. An ATO must be able to multitask, communicate effectively to direct field personnel, and collaborate in an interactive team environment.
What does an Assistant Transmission Operator do?
- Under direct supervision of a Chief Transmission Operator, prepares, reviews, and executes transmission switching and valve orders in accordance with company policies
- Under direct supervision, performs the functions of a real-time operating position including but not limited to monitoring the pre and post contingency voltage and power flow parameters of the electric transmission system and pressure and flow rate parameters of the gas transmission system
- Under direct supervision, adjusts transmission system resources to maintain parameters within established limits and promptly acknowledges and responds to system alarms
- Monitors access to the control centers in accordance with the Company’s NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection) cyber security policy
- Ensures the highest levels of safe work practices are observed by personnel (including field personnel) to strive for an accident and injury free workplace
- Performs callouts for additional resources when directed

What does it take to be an Assistant Transmission Operator?
- High school diploma or equivalency degree and at least one of the following:

- 3+ years of experience in electric or gas operations or engineering, power plant operations or maintenance, emergency response dispatch, or military, with at least one of the following:
- (i) Nine (9) credit hours in Engineering, Mechanical Science or other technology related field

What does a Vendor Risk Analyst do?
- Conducts comprehensive risk assessments of new and existing vendors, evaluating factors such as financial stability, regulatory compliance, security protocols and data privacy practices

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Risk Management or related field of study. - Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST RMF, NATF Supply Chain Risk)
- Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management software & tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively

- Performs initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluation according to APTA standards of practice and New York State Law and Rehabilitation Department guidelines.
