Executive Assistant Requirements:

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Daily Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the COO's calendar, including organizing vertical and in-person meetings, sending reminders, and coordinating with other team members.
- Confidentiality: Maintain 100% confidence with all sensitive financial data and records.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track the COO's weekly and monthly expenses, providing a detailed weekly report for review.
- Document Management: Handle paperwork and document organization efficiently.
- Event Coordination: Manage the events calendar and collaborate with other employees to ensure seamless scheduling for the COO.
- Client Interaction: Perform sales calls and arrange meetings with new clients, sending follow-up and meeting emails as necessary.
- Estimates and Reports: Prepare estimates for clients and create various reports as required.
- Meeting Arrangements: Assist in setting up and preparing for at least 10-15 in-person meetings in the conference room yearly.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights and hotel stays for both business and vacation travel.
- Real Estate Management: Assist in searching for and managing real estate division, including document preparation for purchases and assistance with Air B&B management.
- Entertainment and Social Media: Book shows and events, manage COO's social media pages, and post/edit videos and content 2-4 times daily.
- Team Coordination: Schedule meetings for coaching and leadership development with team members.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the brand and contribute to business growth.
- Time Management: Ensure optimal time management and efficiency in all tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

JOB TITLE: Residential Mortgage Processor

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Perform various lending related duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
At Loan Opening
- Set up initial physical loan file
- Evaluate credit histories for applications
- Review loan application for accuracy and missing or erroneous information
- Obtain property information regarding taxes and zoning
- Prepare and send Loan Estimate (LE) Disclosure and other required disclosures within 3 business days of receipt of application
- Order flood certifications
- Submit file to underwriting
Upon Receipt to LE Disclosure and other requested paper work
- Process upfront fees from borrowers
- Review contract of sale for completion and other transaction details
- Order appraisal from the approved appraiser list
- Order title insurance if applicable
- Order and required verifications for loan files
- Assist Loan Officers in gathering requested documentation
- Assist Underwriter and Loan Officers in clearing commitment conditions
- If necessary verify tax returns, employment with use of 4506T and the Work Number

- Completion of Bank assigned online training classes.

What is a Business Relationship Manager?
A Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a person who works strategically with business units to ensure that the supporting technology portfolio and business requirements are aligned and prioritized to meet the business unit’s objectives. What does a Business Relationship Manager do?
The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for the following:
- Acts as primary point of contact for assigned business units to establish trust, foster strong partnerships, and manage expectations.

What does it take to be a Business Relationship Manager?
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related field and relevant IT, business or utility industry experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of relevant IT, business or utility industry experience or a high school diploma or equivalency degree and 5 years of relevant IT, business or utility industry experience
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to partner and effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, to drive consensus and alignment with empathy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, able to work with minimal direction, able to handle multiple and shifting priorities, and have a passion for learning, value, service, and quality
- Ability to analyze complex business problems & synthesize a large variety of information to yield actionable decisions & recommendations
- Familiarity with IT concepts and technology trends
