Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Director of Digital Channels. Primary Function: Responsible for the profitability, growth, engagement, and efficiency of the HVCU digital channels. Drive new member acquisition, deposit, and loan growth via digital channels. Enable innovation across HVCU digital properties and media. In collaboration with other departments, drive the ongoing roadmap for Digital Services to grow and penetrate target markets via digital acquisition, retention and cross selling strategies. Deepen member relationships and the end user digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital channel experience.
- Craft a vision for the product lines and convert it to a concrete strategy (short- and long-term).
- Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations) to build and manage roadmaps all digital channels.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with the executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement
- Drive digital strategy and tactics for acquiring new members, meeting online sales goals, increasing brand awareness and consistency in existing and new markets.
- Lead overall execution of lead generation programs using paid search, content marketing, digital display, remarketing, social advertising, mobile, video, email, and webinars.
- Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and growth by delivering exceptional digital experiences and leveraging emerging technologies.
- In the digital sector, develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize acquisition and conversion performance.
- Measure and report on performance of all member digital experiences and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Make actionable recommendations for improving performance and meeting HVCU strategic goals.
- Remain abreast of external and internal product and service trends impacts, compliance and other regulatory requirements (i.e. ADA, GDRP) in the financial services industry including consumer behavior, economic conditions, technological and digital advances, and other factors. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities. This includes the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Core Values, Employee and Member Value Propositions, Sales and Service Model, and commitment to Lean Six Sigma practices. Qualifications

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Sr Auditor. Primary Function: Perform operational, financial and compliance audits of Credit Union operations according to the annual audit plan; and review, ensuring adequacy of internal controls, compliance to government regulations, adherence to Credit Union policies and procedures, DFS and NCUA requirements, in accordance with IIA standards. Provide consulting services to Credit Union management to add value to Credit Union operations.

- Perform work under minimal supervision, receiving guidance from VP, Director Internal Audit.
- Perform assigned audits/reviews according to the annual audit plan using risk-based auditing techniques to develop the objective, scope and audit program. Ensure Credit Union operations contain adequate controls, which adhere to Credit Union policies and procedures, and applicable regulations.

What you’ll do as the Assistant Vice President of Collections:
Direct and monitors collection activities for the credit union through the Collections Department.
Direct the activities of the Collections and Risk Mitigation staff.
Recommend modifications to procedures and/or policies due to regulatory or statutory changes.
Develop, propose, gain acceptance for, and implement collections program policy and strategy; develop procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand. Lead activity related to new product development and process initiatives with respect to collection programs, compliance changes, and record retention.
Ensure that delinquent accounts are controlled, delinquent payments are collected, and/or collateral is recovered.
Oversee and monitor the Overdraft Privilege program. Represents Credit Union in foreclosure actions and related functions.
Prepare monthly reports for management and Board of Directors. Recommend accounts for charge-off. Perform and/or monitor all functions necessary to complete the charge-off process. Authorize the allocation of payments on charge-offs to recovery accounts.
Participate in establishment of annual department budget and monitor performance to budget throughout the year.
Serve as member of TEG Federal Credit Union's Security Committee, and Policy Review Committee. Serve as a member of the Asset/Liability Committee to develop operating procedures that assure the credit union maintains sufficient levels of capital, liquidity and pricing spreads.
Compensation:

Working Conditions: Adherence to a strict regulatory environment (*CF) Adherence to highly detailed, consistently changing, individualized care planned nursing instructions (*CF) Works throughout the nursing service area (i.e. nurses stations, resident rooms, etc.), intermittently moving due to frequent interruptions Is involved with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions and circumstances Is subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel, and visitors Works beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary Is subject to call back during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, post-disaster, etc.) Completes all required training and in-services All other duties as assigned QualificationsGENERAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintains high standards for work areas, attitude and appearance Understands that honesty and ethics are essential in the performance of duties Willing to learn and grow Demonstrates maturity in judgment and behaviors Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace Accepts and responds to constructive criticism Able to work a flexible schedule Maintains predictable and reliable attendance Qualifications High school diploma or HSE Holds a current Nursing Assistant certification in New York State Valid CPR certification Proficiency with computers and standard office software Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population
