• Assesses participant’s physical and functional needs, along with psychosocial status and needs, home safety, family caregiver burden, etc. utilizing professional knowledge, skills of observations and interviewing skills.

Looking for a full time pool service technician. Essential Functions:

• Install new lawns and landscape as assigned;
• Maintain all existing lawns, fields, flowerbeds,
• Hedges, trees, and shrubs;
• Apply pesticides and herbicides under the direct supervision
• of a licensed applicator;
• Responsible for garbage pick-up on campus;
• Informs supervisor of any repairs needed in assigned
• work areas immediately;
• Informs supervisor of any safety concerns on campus

• equipment, and tools.
• Repairs and sweeps roadways, parking lots as needed

• Assist in set ups, staging, or special effects as needed;
• Responsible for maintenance of storm drains;
• Performs non-related work indoors when inclement
• weather outdoors prohibits "normal" outdoor
• assignments;
• Install and remove docks as needed;
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment;
• Maintains and cleans all hand tools;
• Maintains a safe work environment;
• Responsible for minor electrical and plumbing repairs to
• irrigation systems as assigned;

• Must be familiar with OSHA standards and related MSDS
• sheets;

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable practices, sport field experience, proficient with reading, understanding, and writing correspondence with email applications. Have a positive mindset.

Looking for an exceptional  individual to oversee the Finance department of our organization.  The Finance Manager works independently with substanial initiative and discretion to direct, manage, and coordinate the daily financial and buisiness functions of the financial and accounting processes for the Associaton.  Under the general administeative supervison of the Executive Director, the Finance Manager constructs complex financial statements and reports in order to track trends, monito, and verify all accounts assigned.  This individual will oversee Accounts Manager and Bookkeeper.   Bachelor's degree and experience relevant to the role of the position; In-depth knowledge of accounting principals, procedures and practices.  This is a full-time, exempt, benefits eligible positon working for not-for-profit orgainzation.  Proficient in computer operations, Spreadsheets, Excel, willing to learn Association accounting software.  .Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, integrity, sound professional judgment, tact, and maturity to effectively relate to people in order to accomplish Associations' financial goals.
