The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Engineering, to support all facilities activities. This position will serve as a central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication and coordinate the flow of information externally and internally. •Develop and implement short and long-term goals and objectives for the department and Mohonk Mountain House. Assist in developing new protocols and editing the Spa menu.
•Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule a staff up to fifteen.
•Monitor performance of direct reports giving recognition for goals achieved and exceptional service rendered as well as implement action plans to address insufficient performance.
•Prepare yearly written performance evaluations for direct reports.

•Inspect and report maintenance needed on equipment used to provide services.

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dining Room Server Assistant is responsible for stocking and maintaining proper levels of equipment, linen and product during dining room hours, and for the set up and break down of tables and equipment between shifts, supervised by the Dining Room Captain. They are also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their assigned work areas.
