- Works with and is tasked with assignments by other internal legal counsel on matters relating to litigations and claims.

- Performs legal research, prepares motions and memos, and participates in specials projects to assist General Counsel and Outside Counsel in the defense of lawsuits and claims brought against the corporation.

What is a Network Analyst - OT?
A Network Analyst – OT is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the local and wide area networks to ensure maximum uptime for data flows within our Internal and Operational Technology networks. What does a Network Analyst - OT do?

In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience in Information/ Operational Technology or a High School Diploma and 7 years of experience in in Information/ Operational Technology will be considered
- Experience with local and wide area transport (MPLS, IPSec)
- Experience managing common networking vendor platforms (Fortigate, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5) firewalls, routers, switches and load balancers
- Familiarity with IP routing in large complex networks (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal customers in an interactive team environment

What is a Service Desk Technician?

Hudson Valley Credit Union is hiring 10 interns for our High School Summer Internship Program. This program is designed to create an immersive experience for students who have a desire to gain working knowledge of the Credit Union industry, as well as exposure to general business operations. Through a combination of rotational assignments, classroom training and formalized feedback, participants will gain exposure to multiple operational areas within HVCU.
Program Details:
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Assignment Length: July 9th - August 15th 2024
Schedule: Tues-Thurs; 8:30am - 5:00pm (24 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across various business units of HVCU to improve technical and analytical skills as well as, enhance professional competencies.
- Develop an understanding of HVCU’s product and service offerings; gain experience through direct observation and work assignments.
- Utilize a courteous, enthusiastic and open-minded approach to policies and procedures within the various departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HVCU proprietary information in accordance with internal policy and procedure.
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Growing Coach Bus company looking for reliable & dedicated CDL Class B (or higher) drivers WITH a current Passenger Endorsement to join our team! Applicants must be friendly, personable, honest and hard working with good communication skills.
You will be responsible for transporting customers to and from various destinations/events and ensuring the safety of all passengers throughout the service.
We provide services for private parties, as well and contracted customers such as schools, corporations and municipalities. Services can range from one day trips to multi day, overnight trips.
Your duties will include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, observe safety and traffic rules throughout the duration of the service, and maintain a clean and sanitary bus at all times. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with passengers in a courteous and professional manor, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Prospective employees MUST:
- Have a valid CDL B or higher
- Currently hold a passenger endorsement with their license
- Have a clean driving record - Less than 4 points (MVR's run at least twice per year and monitored through the LENS program)
- Submit to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing (including marijuana)
- Currently hold a valid DOT medical certificate or the ability to obtain a DOT medical certificate
- Be able to read and follow directions
- Be on time!
