AVP of Residential Lending
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY (Mortgage Operations Center)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Office; Must be available to assist originations on sales calls and attend networking events, which may include nights and weekends

What You Bring
- 5-8 years of residential lending experience, including both originations and operations.

- Certification (or ability to obtain and maintain) in SCIP-R and CPR.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.

- Maintain the Credit Union’s commercial portfolio by performing annual reviews, renewals, extensions, and modifications on existing borrowing relationships.
- Provide support to Commercial Lending staff. To include assisting with various department reports.
- Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other HVCU personnel, members etc. within given timeframes and within established policy.
- Achieve goals assigned to the Commercial Credit Analyst I as part of the assigned departments’ annual operating plan. To include initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance member experience and increase department efficiencies
- Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements.
