Looking for an Office Assistant to join our team!

Office Assistant

Opening for full and part-time work between the hours of 8:00am till 4:00PM Monday- Friday. Taneytown Area 
Compensation: $18.00 to $28.00/hour depending on experience 

Job Duties Include: 

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Coordinates/preparation of documents, emails, correspondences, and reports in database
  • Working independently
  • Opening and closing the office
  • Reconciliation of invoices, reports and other documents
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Keeping up with files, vendors, customers
  • Research opportunities, posting updates changes on social media
  • Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Admin/secretarial experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Power Point.
  • Have experience with QuickBooks A/R, copies, scanners and zoom meetings.
  • Ability to handle several tasks while maintaining a high quality of work while experiencing interruptions.
  • Planning-Organizational skills
  • Maintain integrity of sensitive-confidential information.
  • Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Background check, drug testing
