Looking for an Office Assistant to join our team!
Office Assistant
Opening for full and part-time work between the hours of 8:00am till 4:00PM Monday- Friday. Taneytown Area
Compensation: $18.00 to $28.00/hour depending on experience
Job Duties Include:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Coordinates/preparation of documents, emails, correspondences, and reports in database
- Working independently
- Opening and closing the office
- Reconciliation of invoices, reports and other documents
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Keeping up with files, vendors, customers
- Research opportunities, posting updates changes on social media
- Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous Admin/secretarial experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Power Point.
- Have experience with QuickBooks A/R, copies, scanners and zoom meetings.
- Ability to handle several tasks while maintaining a high quality of work while experiencing interruptions.
- Planning-Organizational skills
- Maintain integrity of sensitive-confidential information.
- Adaptability/Flexibility
- Background check, drug testing
