Summary of Responsibilities:
Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) work in community settings to teach skills to help individuals live on their own. ILST are responsible for implementing the service plan which includes supervision and skill training. This service is typically provided one on one with an individual or in small groups. The ILST will work independently with the program participant in community settings. It is necessary that ILST be able to evaluate environments for safety as well as explore opportunities to provide skills training. Specialists ensure that all measures necessary for the safety and well-being of all assigned individuals are maintained. Independent Living Skills Trainers are responsible for supporting the program participants to reach objectives/goals related to an individual’s valued outcomes. The ILST will also support community building in the Spring Village Development.
Functions:
- Assist assigned individuals transition into Spring Village Apartments
- Assist in processing Rent Subsidies and Transition Grant information
- Assist with relationship building between apartment complex residents
- Responsible for the supervision and skill building of assigned individual(s)
- Sensitive to and respect the individual rights and physical and emotional needs of assigned persons. Shall recognize the importance of communicating these needs both verbally and in writing to the appropriate staff, family members and agency personnel
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, and documentation of provided services which includes (but is not limited to): Personal hygiene, Domestic skills, Laundry skills, Meal Preparation, Money Management, Community Integration, Behavioral Management, Shopping, Recreation, Other needs as dictated by the individual plan
- Shall document information regarding shift such as maintenance requests, needed supplies and all other appropriate information. This includes reviewing and signing off on all logs and documentation as assigned by Supervisor

This position offers targeted annual compensation of $44,000.
Responsibilities:
As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
