Experienced Systems/Network Administrator – Managed Service Provider (MSP)
IEQ Technology, Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. If you have a strong background in network administration, troubleshooting, and security, and enjoy working in a dynamic client-facing environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for multiple clients.
- Manage firewalls, switches, routers, access points, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and security.

- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations.
- Implement and manage network security best practices, including segmentation, encryption, and access controls.

- Work with MSP tools (such as NinjaOne, RMM, and ticketing systems) to manage client networks.
- Document network configurations and processes for internal use and client reference.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems/Network Administrator or similar role in an MSP or IT environment.
- Expertise in firewall and switch management (Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
- Experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud networking (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Certifications such as Net+, A+, CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or similar are a plus.

Position Overview:
As a Design Consultant, you will serve as both a creative visionary and a technical expert, guiding homeowners through the entire remodeling process—from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Sales
- Engage with potential clients through showroom meetings, home shows, and events.
- Assess client needs, budgets, and design preferences to develop tailored remodeling solutions.
- Present design concepts, estimates, and secure project contracts.
- Develop creative, practical remodeling designs that enhance function and aesthetics.
