Customer Service Manager

Currently our company has had 23 straight months of growth, which means we have more clients to serve and not enough representatives to help them. This is why we are recruiting for the Executive Management path where individuals will learn our business practices and they can help us open more offices to serve our clientele properly. Our management program consists of a one year training/mentorship program with one of our top Regional Managers or VPs. 

Here they will learn how to properly serve members, answer client questions, hire and train their own team and develop leaders so they can open offices to support our continued growth. 

We are the largest distribution system for Torchmark Corporation (TMK) and were just recently ranked 11th on the Top 100 Companies to Work For, by Seattle Magazine. Our company is growing and growing fast! We need well organized, open-minded candidates with integrity to help further our growth. 

First year manager earnings typically range between $60k and $70k and manager earnings dramatically increase with tenure. We look at our business as a 4-year “real-life” degree - once managers have graduated from their 4th year in our business they are making well over six figures. Candidates must also possess a great work-ethic and have the ability to learn fast and be mentored with constructive criticism.
