We launched our new office here in Edmonton and we are currently hiring for a Customer Service and Manager Position for this office.

Successful candidates accepted into the Management-In-Training Program come from a variety of industries including sports and coaching, hospitality and industries that focus on customer service and sales. Some candidates want to be leaders and run their OWN BUSINESS; but lack the experience or know-how. Some may be new to the work force and are highly motivated to be among the six figure earners in North America. Others already have a track record of management or entrepreneur experience and are ready for a change.
Managers are responsible for training and managing a sales team (benefits specialists). They are also responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts provided by the company and issuing their benefits. Duties would include setting appointments, advising benefits for each family, and maintaining quality.
Key candidates selected for our management program will be selected based on their leadership skills, ability to mentor others, willingness to learn, work ethic and results.

$60,000 - $90,000 (Average)
After completing your three-month probation, candidates will be unionized and receive full benefits including:
