Client Relations Associate

ServiceMaster Green is a values-driven, growing, locally owned ServiceMaster franchise, with hundreds of employees providing our clients with commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services throughout central Iowa.  We currently are accepting résumés for the full-time position of Client Relations Manager.  Job responsibilities focus on all areas related to maintaining positive relationships with our clients as we meet their needs to offer them exceptional janitorial and carpet cleaning services.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in client relations
• Strong Computer skills (esp. Microsoft Office products)
• Experience using Salesforce a plus
• Clean criminal background 
• Valid Iowa driver’s license with clean driving record
• Legal adult authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clean criminal record
• Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)

Job duties include:

• Communicating regularly with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs 
• Communicate with Operations Team via shift notes regarding clients’ needs
• Being flexible and available outside of normal business hours via company phone to respond to any urgent client needs
