This position maintains turf, trees, and herbaceous plants, and performs snow removal on sidewalks, parking lots, and other campus areas. This position is responsible for daily operation, maintenance and repair of assigned Dining and Centers buildings including food service equipment repair, custodial equipment repair, preventative maintenance, building maintenance, inspections, minor plumbing, minor electrical, minor HVAC and carpentry repairs.
