We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities.
    •    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    •    Create detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
    •    Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively.
    •    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    •    Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
    •    Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to leadership.
    •    Ensure projects align with business objectives and meet quality standards.

Qualifications
    •    Proven experience as a Project Manager (1+ years preferred).
    •    Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
    •    Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Jira).
    •    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
    •    Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
    •    Strong communication and leadership abilities.
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
