Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive living environment for residents while ensuring the property is well-managed and profitable. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of property management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current ones.
• Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants with the leasing process.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, leases, and tenant communications.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, lease renewals, and financial performance.
• Uphold compliance with local regulations, including Section 8 housing requirements.
• Foster a sense of community by organizing resident events and activities.

Skills

• Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services or amenities to residents.
• Excellent administrative skills for managing contracts and documentation.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
• Experience in property leasing and understanding of market trends.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
