--Hours; typically 8am – 5pm could be 7 days a week, but can vary from Job to Job;  We only work when we have a job come in, If we don’t have to job to produce, we don’t come in.  If a job comes in, we come in 7 days a week if needed.  We have jobs that come in Saturday and Sunday at times, and we need to work weekends some, if it is a rush. 

--Pay = $50,000 - $250,000 depending on how much work gets done, motivation to do extra, commission, sales, ownership partner profit share level possibilities.  There is a base plus bonuses, should make over $100,000 the first year.

--Skills Needed; Direct Mail Equipment Operator, Equipment Operator, Managerial Skills, good Computer Skills,  Microsoft Office & Word,  Organized,   ability to Multitask and manage people.  Our Postal Software is BCC – Direct Mail Manager

--Optional Helpful Skills;  Equipment and Mechanical Skills, Direct Mail Sales, Graphic Design, Social Media Digital Advertising, Drive Truck or Delivery Van, Enjoy dealing w customers.

--Business Partner Option Available; if you have the right qualifications & experience that you bring to the table.
