Clinician, IAPP
Licensed Social Workers or Mental Health professionals are eligible for $7500 signing bonus!
Work related travel reimbursed at predetermined rates
As a Clinician in the Intensive Aftercare Prevention program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. The goals of the program are to prevent out-of-home placement for troubled children, provide a safe environment to return children already in placement, and prevent future out-of-home placement. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work a combination of on-site and remote with travel to client's homes required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home and community-based assessment, planning and treatment with individuals, groups and families with those enrolled in our Family Preservation services (the level of intensity / number of direct services hours per family is dependent upon the services in which one is employed)
- Complete necessary all records and client information following agency, county, and state policy and funding requirements
- Provide liaison contact with collateral resources such as referring agencies, schools, family court, and other agency personnel serving on behalf of a child and family as it relates to their treatment
- Responsible for the clinical decisions when assigned and paired to work as a team with a Bachelors Clinical Case Manager.
- Ensure provisions of regular treatment plan meetings and services plan reviews.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience.
- License Preferred: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Must have a valid drivers license.

Family Reunification Coach
Full-Time Days, occasional early evenings.
The Family Reunification Coach must have some flexibility in scheduling while meeting client needs.
Work Related travel reimbursement.
As a Family Reunification Coach, you will have a strong desire to help and serve others at the same time demonstrate a strong willingness to work cooperatively with others and be a part of an exciting foster care team. You will report to the Program Coordinator in the Hudson, NY office.
Responsibilities:
• Transportation of children to family visits and appointments.
• Provide supervision of family visits with a focus on reunifying the family while utilizing the family visit coaching and engagement model.
• Offer one-on-one support for the youth.
• Maintain cultural sensitivity, competence, and client confidentiality.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week with a shifting schedule based on the needs of the program which includes some early evenings.
Requirements and Education:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Must have a driver's license and a reliable and safe vehicle to transport clients. Standard mileage reimbursement will be provided.
