Job Summary | The Maintenance Mechanic/Plumber performs a wide range of repair and maintenance duties primarily related to plumbing equipment and systems. Performs maintenance and repair work on but not limited to utility infrastructure, building systems, steam heating systems, laboratories, exhaust fans, pumps, and air compressors. Job Summary | The Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE in Troy, NY, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or tenured Associate Professor position in Materials Science and Engineering with expertise and potential in the broad area of bulk/thin film metallic materials. Minimum Qualifications | Applicants must possess an MFA, PhD, or foreign equivalent in Game Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Evidence of effective teaching, and the ability to demonstrate, through accomplishment, promise of academic, scholarly and/or research achievement. They will demonstrate proficiency in one or more game engines, along with a robust background in project management and production processes within the gaming industry. Additionally, candidates must exhibit a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. For appointment at the rank of Senior Lecturer, candidates must also have attained a significant level of scholarly activity, research output, or individual creative practice. A Professor of Practice has obtained unique professional experience, has distinguished research, and/or has performed at an executive or officer level, and has made a significant impact within the field of games. A Professor of Practice is expected to have substantial leadership experience of at least (10-15 years) and generally a national or international reputation for excellence in their field of expertise. As a Licensed Clinical Community Service Providers, you will provide Children and Family Treatment Support Services (CFTSS). These mental health services available with New York State Children's Medicaid program, give children (up to age 21) and their families the power to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. This program is intended to offer opportunities to better meet the behavioral health needs of children early on and to prevent the onset or progression of behavioral health conditions. These services strengthen children and their families, and help them to make informed decisions about their care and are provided either at home or in the community. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor and you will work remote/hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Provide Home and Community-based Assessments, counseling, and treatment planning to children and their care givers.
- In Person, in the home, community-based, in office and telehealth to meet the needs of our clients.
- Complete an assessment of needs and recommendations for further medically necessary services, such as rehabilitation services. Services are delivered in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.
- Work with family members, advocates and other salient parties to identify goals of treatment. Provide observations and information to collateral contacts for the purpose of the progress and tracking of the Treatment Plan goals.
- Complete all required documentation for submission to the Supervisor within the required timeframes.
Requirements and Education
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
- 1 year of related experience.
- NYS Professional Licensure/Limited Permit - LMFT, LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, and LCAT.
- NYS drivers license with a reliable vehicle, as work requires up to 50% community travel/client home visits.

Description
As a Children's Health Home Care Manager, you will engage youth and families through outreach activities until enrollment into the Children's Health Home program. You will coordinate and monitor subsequent services to meet the needs of your members. You will report to a program supervisor, working in a hybrid model. Work will involve a combination of remote, office, and community-based settings. Local travel and personal transportation is required.
Responsibilities:
- Level I - Provides care management services to children with low and medium acuities. Care Manager will provide the required one or two services each month based on acuity and need. One of these contacts is to be in-person with the member.
- Level II - Provides care management services to low, medium, and high acuity members. Care Manager will provide a minimum of two services each month, one of which is to be in person with the member.
- Engage children, youth, and families with outreach and enrollment activities for successful enrollment into a children's health home
- Gather and complete assessments and enter documentation that confirms eligibility and acuity, identifying both strengths and areas of need
- Work w/children, youth, families, and service providers to create a comprehensive Plan of Care
- Identify and engage additional providers (e.g. natural supports, parent advocates, primary care physicians) with youth and families for the execution and continuation of the Plan of Care
- Convene and conduct Interdisciplinary team meetings to review Plan of Care; identifying progress, continued needs, and confirming ongoing eligibility
- Document progress and arrange for transitions between systems, placements, and higher levels of care following changes in eligibility and acuity.
- Use NY State and Health Home information systems to input required Health Home documentation
- Comply with Medicaid and program billing regulations
- Complete all required and recommended trainings
Requirements and Education:
- Level 1 - Requires an Associate's degree in Social Work or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience providing direct services to children, persons diagnosed with mental disabilities, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse.
- Level 2 - Requires a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, and two years of experience providing direct services to children, persons diagnosed with mental disabilities, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse.

Compensation
The annual salary range this position is $100,000 - $115,000. As a Skillbuilder, you will provide targeted skill training to help with independent living and social skills. Goals that the Skill Builder will work on could be Career Planning, Self-Care, Daily Living, Housing, and Money Management, including establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, how to accept no as an answer, handling conflict with peers and authority figures, and using their coping skills when feeling dysregulated. You will report to the Program Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- At a minimum, 50% of the work week is spent face-to-face with clients to provide services designated in the Treatment Plan.
- Provide services based on the youth's needs and preferences as identified in the Treatment Plan.
- Work with treatment team members to identify goals and objectives of treatment, including youth, families, school, and counselors.
- Complete all required documentation and submit it to the Supervisor within the required timeframes.
- Ability to work with diverse consumers who have mental health challenges and may be developmentally delayed. Understand their independent living needs to work with the case manager to find resources in the community for educational and vocational skills and programming for discharge.

Directly responsible for providing non-clinical services to individuals with mental health needs who reside in Saratoga County. This is an in person role, in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Position Purpose: Perform monthly inspections for fire and life safety devices located at College-owned properties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Fire Extinguisher Inspections: Inspect fire extinguishers following National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 10 standards. Make minor repairs for extinguisher brackets and cases.
- AED Inspections: Inspect Automatic Defibrillator Devices (AEDs), following American Heart Association recommendations. Maintain batteries and supplies.
- Carbon Monoxide Detector Inspections: Test plug-in carbon monoxide detectors that are not connected to the Campus Safety notification system.
- Reporting: Maintain inspection spreadsheet and submit work orders to Facilities Services for major repairs. Participate in weekly Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) departmental meetings.

Compensation
The rate for this position is $18.90 per hour. Job Summary | The Procurement Agent is responsible for ensuring that supplier data is accurate, up to date, and in compliance with Institute policies.
