POSITION SUMMARY
Provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to Agency and other governing bodies (LDSS, OCFS, CSE, etc.) standards and requirements for adolescent clients who are emotionally disturbed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain the physical order of the building and therapeutic environment of the units.
Develop and maintain schedules within the assigned campus residential unit, ensuring that there is adequate staff to meet regulatory requirements and safety requirements.
Responsible to ensure that youth in our care are being supervised according to regulatory and programmatic standards.
Design, implement and supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans.
Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.
Maintain records as directed by the Residential Program Manager.
Participate in the interviewing and selection of new staff members.
Participate in the training of residential staff.
Conduct residential staff meetings.
Participate in the evaluation of youth referred to the Agency for residential care.
Conduct the financial activity of the residential unit in accordance with guidelines established by the Residential Program Manager and the Director.
Responsible for managing program funds, purchasing food, clothing, household supplies, managing youth allowances
Participate/organize program and agency wide special events and services.
Provide for the physical and psychological needs of clients, including physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food (cooking when necessary), medical care, a reliable and nurturing environment.
Participate in program on call rotation
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises non-exempt employees. Supervises and evaluates the work of individuals; has responsibility for subordinate performance and output.
LEADERSHIP
Supervises work assignments and performance development/appraisal. Responsible for selection, training, development, and performance management of personnel.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires minimum of HS diploma or equivalent and at least three to four years of relevant experience.

Thorough knowledge of a specialized area or technical field such as Residential Care, Child Care, Nursing, Accounting, Industrial Arts/Maintenance/Electrical Technology, Medical, or Computer Science; areas which involve thorough skills knowledge plus the application of basic theory.
COMMUNICATION and CONTACT with OTHERS
Requires effective communication skills. Communication involves interpersonal contacts with clients/families or programs/departments to coordinate service, treatment, or other work. Frequent telephone contact or written correspondence inside the program/department and/or outside the organization involving communication of standard procedures or discussions of non-controversial matters. Regularly training/teaching clients, customers, or new employees in standardized programs or procedures.
DECISION MAKING
Work is primarily performed independently and initiative is expected on specific aspects of the work except under unusual circumstances or conditions. Procedural guidance is available. Decisions on routine matters are appropriate at this level.

Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. The Program Administrator, Sr is responsible for supervision and management of tasks related to the Hub’s mission, including community management, outreach, events planning and execution, assessment and reporting, and program development. Description
As an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will bill for the program and services of Northern Rivers and Affiliates. In addition, you will collect on aged Accounts Receivable for Northern Rivers and Affiliates. You will report to the AR Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly or quarterly billing for a variety of programs and services governed by contract or grant agreements.
- Review and apply payments received from vendors.
- Collect on aged Accounts Receivable balances on a recurring monthly basis and follow up with multiple payers to effect cash collections of accounts.
- Complete and file fiscal reports on a timely basis in accordance with contract or grant agreements.
- Gain knowledge and proficiency in the billing systems utilized by our organization.\Prepare accounting journal entries and reconcile accounts as assigned.
- Act as back up support to team of A/R billing specialists.
- Prepare analysis, reports, and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, Director of Finance or CFO.
Requirements and Education:
- An Associate's Degree preferred.
- Six months of experience is preferred.

Job Summary | The Director of the Severino Center for Technological Entrepreneurship (the “Severino Center”) will work with the Assistant Vice President, RPIVentures (“RPIV”) and the Vice President, Office of Strategic Alliances and Translation (“OSAT”) in shaping and advancing the entrepreneurial ecosystem at RPI and the region. In collaboration with RPIV, they will develop a strategic vision for the Severino Center, aligning it with the Institute’s priorities and entrepreneurship programs. This includes fostering innovation, promoting collaboration, and ensuring RPI’s leadership in regional entrepreneurship and innovation. The Director will actively engage with the Deans of the School of Engineering and the Lally School of Management regarding the development of a modern entrepreneurship curriculum. They will also collaborate with faculty, students, industry partners, and community organizations to drive initiatives that support startups, technology transfer, and commercialization. Job Summary | The Economic and Industry Analyst will analyze and make recommendations for progress of the sustainable fashion industry, from farms and new materials to processing to brands and design, in New York State and in general (in the U.S. and worldwide). The Analyst will review and keep abreast of pertinent studies and research, and will seek information from industry data sources, carry out interviews and surveys, and analyze and interpret the information. The work is based at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as part of the Fashion Innovation Center (FIC). The Analyst will interact with FIC members and participants to learn about the industry, discuss sustainable fashion industry problems and potential solutions, consider ways to advance the industry in New York State, and document relevant information and findings in report, paper, and/or book form. The Analyst will also provide suggestions where relevant to innovative project participants in the FIC’s accelerator. The Analyst will work closely with the Center Director and other FIC members. |
Minimum Qualifications | Doctorate (ex: Ph.D./J.D./Ed.D. or other) in Economics, Management, or a related field Experience in economics and/or management including research study design and interpretation, econometric and statistical analysis, and data collection. Job Summary | The Sr. Business Manager reports to the Vice President of Information Services and Technology, and Chief Information Officer. This role is responsible for managing the business and financial operations of the portfolio including finance, budget, personnel, space and facilities planning, and oversight of all fiscal and operating protocols. Job Summary | The Director of Real Estate directs all activities associated with land management/leases; real estate revenue activities; building and land acquisition/sales; building and land appraisals; all Rensselaer property-related tax payments; Rensselaer tax exemption requirements; and special activities, that include leases and subleases of external facilities, fraternity/sorority land/building leases and finances; estate activities and community issues. The Director is responsible for leading real estate and economic development programs to attract diverse and innovative partners to engage on properties owned by the Institution both residential and commercial, inclusive of properties at Rensselaer Technology Park (RTP). This will comprise extensive collaboration with multiple portfolios including the Office of Strategic Alliances and Translation (OSAT), Provost, Student Life, OCEC, and Finance. The Director is responsible to develop programs to attract and maintain tenant occupants of RTP and create a self-funded real estate program. Programs that cultivate community and regional relationships and foster an exchange of ideas between community leaders, industry partners, researchers and students. The Director is responsible for all fiscal management of the RTP and real estate program including operating and capital budget development and financial controls to achieve goals. |
