Job Summary | The Accessibility Specialist assists the Director of Access & Neurodiverse Student Success in managing all elements of the Institute’s support of students with disabilities. The Specialist will obtain and organize required documentation from students requesting an accommodation and will assist the Director in approving and arranging for their execution. |

Job Summary | The Administrative Coordinator assists the Assistant Vice President of Regional Development and provides administrative and operational support to all Regional Development Directors. This includes managing scheduling, budgeting, correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses, event planning, reporting and database maintenance. As a member of the finance and administration team, the Assistant to the Bursar will perform tasks in the Student Accounts and Accounts Receivable areas.
Assistant Bursar
Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular full-time
Supervisor: Bursar
Position Purpose: Provide oversight of Student Receivables, including responsibility for billing and collection. Act as a key liaison between the student, their family and the campus community.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the Student Account Receivables which involves the billing and collection of tuition and fees.
Communicating with students and their families via phone, email, mail or in person to investigate and resolve customer queries, inclusive of third party invoicing.
Monitor Federal Regulations for higher education accounts receivable compliance.
Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
Process adjustments to accounts as needed.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities; communicate past due accounts to students and their families to ensure that aged transactions are settled in a timely fashion; process late payment fees and registration holds as needed.
Process student health insurance billing and waivers; process institutional loan requirements for student accounts.
Collaborate with different departments on campus to ensure the accuracy of billing details, maintain up to date billing system.
Process transactions in the General Ledger.
Process student account refunds.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Backup Accounts Receivable specialist/Cashier support.
Additional supplemental Bursar support as needed(ex: general ledger transmittal, financial aid support).
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree with commensurate experience
5 years Bookkeeping/Accounts Receivable experience preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills strongly desired
Must have strong attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Suite and other internet applications
Ellucian Colleague experience a plus
Must be safety conscious and able to work with a diverse group of individuals
Compensation:

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Systems and Database Management: Acts as the primary point of contact for user inquiries related to database usage and third-party products. As a Children's Health Home Care Manager, you will engage youth and families through outreach activities until enrollment into the Children's Health Home program. You will coordinate and monitor subsequent services to meet the needs of your members. You will report to a program supervisor, working in a hybrid model. As a Clinical Case Manager in the Intensive Aftercare Prevention Program, you will provide six to nine months of intensive services to families whose children are either at risk of being removed from their homes or are already in placement. As a Director of Community Transition Time Program (CTTP), you will oversee a new model of care for youth to keep them out of unnecessary hospital settings.
