As a Case Manager, you will work with the children in care, the Department of Social Services, foster families, and birth families in the journey toward achieving permanency in multiple settings. You will report to the Program Coordinator and work on-site with some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Work with foster and birth families to coordinate all appointments for children, including providing transportation if another plan cannot be found.
- Attend all client-related meetings, including Counsel on Special Education, Termination of Parental Rights, staff meetings, service provider meetings, emergency meetings, court, and others.
- Facilitate meetings with other service providers.
- Support birth families including providing supervised visitation and feedback on parenting skills and communication regarding progress/problems of children in care and obstacles toward permanency.
- Participation in treatment and discharge planning.
- Regular case documentation.
Requirements and Education:
- Associate's Degree and two year of experience in social services, or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work night and weekend hours and be part of an on-call rotation to support foster families in after-hours crisis.
- Driver's license and reliable, safe, and clean transportation and a willingness to transport clients in own vehicle.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Maintenance Workers take pride in preventative maintenance, repairing of buildings, grounds and equipment. You would beworkingfrom 7:30amto 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, or as needed for snow removal.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for removal of snow on property.

As a Children's Health Home Care Manager, you will engage youth and families through outreach activities until enrollment into the Children's Health Home program. As the Team Lead of Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI), you will provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to your team to help them change lives. The HBCI team provides short-term (up to 6 weeks), intensive intervention to youth and families who are in crisis. We work with parents and caregivers to help them help their children. The short-term format means the work is fast-paced and outcome oriented, which means you and your team will produce meaningful outcomes in a short period of time. You will report to the Chief of Crisis Services and work on-site with travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to the team and be responsible for allocation of staff time; provide training and ensure all team members are kept informed of issues.

- Create rotating call schedule for after-hours / weekend coverage by team members.

- Assist primary clinicians to conduct comprehensive assessment of family strengths, values, skills, problems, need and barriers to goal attainment while developing a positive working relationship with the families.
- Collaborate and advocate with formal and information community resources and systems that impact family while teaching family members to advocate for themselves and prepare them for transition and service closure.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and at least one year of progressively responsible related experience. Experience in a home-based and/or crisis intervention services program. Candidates with training in the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention are preferred.
- Must be a licensed mental health professional. These include, but are not limited to: Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist.

As a Case Manager, Regional Permanency Resource Center you will provide supportive services and case management services to adoptive, guardianship and kinship families so they are able to make informed decisions with regards to services and supports that best meet their needs. Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. The Program Administrator, Sr is responsible for supervision and management of tasks related to the Hub’s mission, including community management, outreach, events planning and execution, assessment and reporting, and program development. The Administrator supports, initiates, and manages interactions and relations with internal and external partners, including industry partners, community organizations, economic development agencies, funding source, and not-for-profit agencies, research labs, and other stakeholders in the games and digital media ecosystem. This is a grant funded position. |

Job Summary | The Production Coordinator will plan and coordinate production operations (stage, audio, video, IT) for assigned projects that come into the EMPAC facility. The Production Coordinator will have extensive communications and interaction with internal and external customers in order to plan events. Job Summary | The Assistant Director (AD) of Student Activities is responsible for planning, facilitating and assisting in the coordination of student club programs on campus. The incumbent will develop programs working with clubs and other campus departments focusing on diversity and inclusion, community involvement/engagement, student leadership and operations as an advocate for student clubs. The AD will work with the staff to develop opportunities for servant leadership growth and development. The AD will work in collaboration with Union/Mueller Center staff, campus colleagues, and student clubs to oversee the operation of the Clubhouse Pub under the guidance of the Director and Associate Director of Student Activities. The AD manages fiscal planning and reconciliation of student activities fees associated with club events and other programs and will assist with club operations and other services required to facilitate a student activities program. |

Description of Duties (This is a brief summary of the hiring department and the duties of the role):
The Professional Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training related aspects of the Public Health Infrastructure project with the NYSDOH, including assuring that the deliverables are met on time and within budget. The coordinator will also serve as a member of the Center for Public Health Education team in overall planning an organizational improvement.
Minimum Qualifications (Both measurable and soft skill requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization in a health profession, nursing, health education, public health, human services, social work, adult education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the coordination of a public health or human services based training and professional development program
- Experience implementing a training plan or timeline.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
