POSITION OVERVIEW
Position Summary
Provide daily therapeutic care and programming according to Agency and other governing bodies (LDSS, OCFS, CSE, etc.) standards and requirements for adolescent clients who are emotionally disturbed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical order of the building and therapeutic environment of the units.
- Develop and maintain schedules within the assigned campus residential unit, ensuring that there is adequate staff to meet regulatory requirements and safety requirements.
- Responsible to ensure that youth in our care are being supervised according to regulatory and programmatic standards.
- Design, implement and supervise program activity which will lead to the attainment of goals described within treatment plans.
- Supervise and evaluate the work of residential staff assigned to residential programs.
- Maintain records as directed by the Residential Program Manager.
- Participate in the interviewing and selection of new staff members.
- Participate in the training of residential staff.
- Conduct residential staff meetings.
- Participate in the evaluation of youth referred to the Agency for residential care.
- Conduct the financial activity of the residential unit in accordance with guidelines established by the Residential Program Manager and the Director.
- Responsible for managing program funds, purchasing food, clothing, household supplies, managing youth allowances
- Participate/organize program and agency wide special events and services.
- Provide for the physical and psychological needs of clients, including physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food (cooking when necessary), medical care, a reliable and nurturing environment.
- Participate in program on call rotation
Education and Experience
Requires minimum of HS diploma or equivalent and at least three to four years of relevant experience.
Certification/Licensure
None required. Clean valid driver license.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Transition Coordinator, you will coordinate transition services and instruction to enable students to reach their fullest potential and be able to live, learn and earn in their community as an adult. You will report to the Program Manager and will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Work with NHS staff, Clinical staff, Parents/guardians, outside service providers and identified students to:
- Design a realistic discharge plan that is guided by each youth’s wishes, hopes and dreams
- Coordinate your client driven discharge planning process with local OCFS, OMH, and NYSED representatives that supports a client-driven plan which integrates housing, health and medical care, education and employment needs.
- Coordinate a set of vocational and transitional related activities including instruction, community experiences, employment and volunteer experiences, and the acquisition of daily living skills.
- Examine/identify post secondary vocational training options
- Respectfully honor each youth’s feelings about past and current relationships and ensure that when needed individuals will have the opportunity to work on issues of grief, loss and enduring relationships
- Complete a Permanency Pact and identify specific people who agree to offer life long supports (either related or not)
- Develop a Circle of Supportand identify specific people who agree to advocate for and support the student during the transition process
- Promote active involvement of identified students in planning and implementing the transition component of their IEP.
- Coordinate services to ensure that each identified student has an accurate Work Skills Employability Profile and earns a Regents Certificate of Work Readiness upon graduation from the Neil Hellman School
- Coordinate transition portfolios for each identified student.
- Provide 6 months of follow up and maintain post-NHS discharge statistics for each identified student.
- Attend and participate in all treatment reviews, case reviews and CSE meetings for identified student
- Complete all documentation in a thorough and timely manner

Job Summary | The Program Administrator, Sr manages activities of the Center of Excellence in Digital Game Development at RPI, also known as the Digital Gaming Hub, administered through the Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences Program in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. The Program Administrator, Sr is responsible for supervision and management of tasks related to the Hub’s mission, including community management, outreach, events planning and execution, assessment and reporting, and program development. The Administrator supports, initiates, and manages interactions and relations with internal and external partners, including industry partners, community organizations, economic development agencies, funding source, and not-for-profit agencies, research labs, and other stakeholders in the games and digital media ecosystem. This is a grant funded position. |

Representative Job Duties | Some of the duties for this position include: Lead regular meetings with individual fundraisers to review prospect data, identify opportunities to advance cultivation, assess performance on overall goals, and progress within individual prospect portfolios. Guide individual fundraisers and development staff by providing recommendations for potential major donors for cultivation and solicitation. Analyze data to help drive prospect discovery and prioritize the top prospective donors for qualification by development staff. Create lists on an ad-hoc basis as requested by prospect development team members or fundraising partner to support fundraising initiatives by incorporating the use of database segmentation analysis, external resources, electronic screenings, and peer-review/focus group results. Assist in managing pipeline and goal reporting for the campaign and ensure progress toward annual goals is documented and continually updated for major, principal, and capital fundraising outcomes in close collaboration with fundraising staff. Collaborate with various teams across the division to gather input for refining prospect portfolios. Contribute to the division's focus on improving fundraising performance through effective portfolio optimization. Utilize business intelligence tools to assess and enhance the composition of fundraisers' portfolios. Analyze fundraiser portfolio activity to evaluate the success of outreach strategy. As an Art Teacher, you will provide art education that follows the NYS standards to children grades K-12. You will report to the Assistant Principal (Principal) and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize art materials and equipment,
- Provide therapeutic art instruction to individuals, small groups, and classrooms,
- Provide leadership in a variety of school-wide art events and activities,
- Work with school administration to deliver art experiences to students in a variety of school-wide venues on the agency campus,
- Provide subject area instruction (Art) that follows the NYS K-12 Art Curricula and provides students with appropriate level art lessons and age experiences.
- Develop and implement art instructional materials to provide individual and small group instruction to students of various ability levels grades K-12.
