Description
Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of youth and families struggling with behavioral health issues? Do you want to develop and supervise your own team and mentor your staff to improve their clinical skills? As the Team Lead of Home Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI), you will provide clinical supervision, support, and mentorship to your team to help them change lives. The HBCI team provides short-term (up to 6 weeks), intensive intervention to youth and families who are in crisis. We work with parents and caregivers to help them help their children. The short-term format means the work is fast-paced and outcome oriented, which means you and your team will produce meaningful outcomes in a short period of time. You will report to the Chief of Crisis Services and work on-site with travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to the team and be responsible for allocation of staff time; provide training and ensure all team members are kept informed of issues.
- Monitor caseload size and coordinate program intakes and discharges.
- Create rotating call schedule for after-hours / weekend coverage by team members.
- Provide education and outreach to the community about HBCI at Northern Rivers; philosophy, program outcomes, theoretical background etc.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other agencies, schools, hospitals, primary care providers, and local government agencies to help meet the needs of this population so they can achieve and maintain their independence.
- Assist primary clinicians to conduct needs assessments, safety planning and wellness management planning with participants. Connect participants and families with the services and support they need. Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health diagnosis and treatment. Develop treatment using a shared decision-making process with clients.
- Assist primary clinicians to respond to on-call needs of families in crisis and deliver crisis intervention services in home-based environment with flexible scheduling cognizant of family needs, with 24/7 availability nights, weekends and holidays.
- Promote safety of the child, family, and community in the delivery of crisis intervention services.
- Assist primary clinicians to conduct comprehensive assessment of family strengths, values, skills, problems, need and barriers to goal attainment while developing a positive working relationship with the families.
- Collaborate and advocate with formal and information community resources and systems that impact family while teaching family members to advocate for themselves and prepare them for transition and service closure.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree and at least one year of progressively responsible related experience. Experience in a home-based and/or crisis intervention services program. Candidates with training in the Homebuilder model of crisis intervention are preferred.
- Must be a licensed mental health professional. These include, but are not limited to: Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary | The Administrative Specialist serves as the primary point of contact in the Office of the President for visitors and callers and is responsible for ensuring that all parties receive prompt, professional and courteous attention when contacting the President’s Office. The Administrative Specialist may independently respond to inquiries, assist the visitor/caller on appropriate next steps, or direct to the appropriate person or department. In addition, the Specialist acts as the Building Coordinator for the Troy Building; is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the offices on the 3rd and 4th floors designated to the President; ensures that office supplies and equipment are inventoried and maintained; and ensures that electronic and paper records are filed and/or destroyed as appropriate. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist performs a full range of secretarial and administrative duties supporting the President’s staff. Job Summary | The Network Security Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight for complex, enterprise-wide services including the design, development and maintenance of campus security network infrastructure. The network security engineer is involved in all aspects of network security from detecting, tracking, identifying, collecting evidence & resolving break-ins, virus/worm infections, and campus hacking. In addition, the Network Security Engineer leads complex projects that often include individuals from different departments or portfolios and leadership. Job Summary | The Department of Biological Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY invites applications for tenure-track/tenured faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor levels. We seek passionate and innovative individuals with demonstrated potential to establish a strong externally funded research program and contribute to the teaching mission of the department. All exceptional candidates will be considered, and we encourage applications from individuals who will bring a unique research approach and skill set to address fundamental problems in neurobiology, cell and developmental, biology, broadly defined. Successful candidates will complement the department research strengths in cellular neuroscience, circadian biology, molecular motors & cytoskeleton dynamics, muscle physiology & disease, neurodegeneration, protein design, folding, structure & functional dynamics, protein misfolding in human disease, microbiology & host-pathogen interactions, biophysics of extreme environments, and freshwater ecology & climate change. The Institute for Data Exploration and Applications (IDEA) enables an opportunity to partner with faculty that are at the forefront of biological data analytics, enabling the modeling and simulation power to advance the quantitative and systems biology approaches that are widely employed in the department. IDEA and the Center for Computational Innovation provide collaborative opportunities to use the fastest supercomputer found at a private university. Supervisor: Vice President for College Relations
Position Purpose:Plays a pivotal role within the College Relations department, responsible for overseeing the efficient utilization and maintenance of the constituent management system. Provides leadership in system implementations, conversions, and upgrades, ensuring seamless operations to support fundraising and engagement efforts. Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Reporting and Analytics: Designs and implements a robust structure for data analytics, dashboards, and reporting. Facilitates informed decision-making. Ensures data integrity while identifying donor trends. Collaborates with the Director of Operations on prospect management metrics. Facilitates accurate and timely completion of external surveys.
- Software Management and Innovation: Serves as the steward of the division’s customer relationship management system (CRM), overseeing its effective utilization. Serves as the project manager for the anticipated CRM migration starting in fiscal year 2024-2025. Develops comprehensive training materials, workshops, and documentation to empower divisional staff in maximizing the CRM's capabilities and fostering innovation in advancement practices.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to fundraising regulations, policies, and best practices to uphold the accuracy, integrity, and security of constituent data. Manages gift, pledge, and receipt processes in compliance with internal revenue service, financial accounting standards regulations, payment card industry security council, the council for advancement and support of education guidelines, and auditors' requirements.
- Strategic Alignment: Acts as the primary liaison for College Relations with Finance and Information Technology Services (ITS) to foster collaboration and ensure strategic alignment. Including working closely with Finance on aligning financial reporting periods, fund reconciliations, review of gift processes and controls, and auditing schedules, and working with ITS to ensure CR systems operate effectively and met all data security requirements and ensure
- Staff Management: Promotes a culture of excellence, teamwork, and collaboration among staff, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and fostering a supportive environment for professional growth. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of seven years of progressive experience in higher education advancement, with a strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices, or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. An Advanced degree in information management, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in system administration, networking, relational databases, programming, and documentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred expertise with Ellucian by Colleague and Salesforce technology, preferably including experience with CRM migration projects.

Compensation
The annual salary range this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The Therapeutic Foster Family Program provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes for abused and neglected children from birth through age 21. Each foster parent receives intensive training and ongoing professional support to promote a positive, successful experience. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment planning and general counseling for children in foster care.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and families, when needed
- Conduct specialized risk assessments
- Consult with other staff involved in the care of the child and families
- Attend all case related meetings (Counsel on Special Education, Termination of Parental Rights, staff meetings, service provider meetings, emergency meetings, court), for cases they are serving
- Participate in formal and informal supervision.
- Meet regularly in the community regarding cases they are seeing for general counseling.
- Have regular communication/meeting with birth families around progress/problems of children in care and how to support them in and work towards permanency.
- Provide regular case documentation for all children and families on workload including assessments, progress notes, Family Service Plan, etc.
Requirements and Education:
- Requires a Master’s degree in counseling with related experience.
- Limited permit is required; professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) preferred.

As a Greenhouse Coordinator, you will development and implementation of the botanical classroom instructional plans for students. You will report to the Transition Learning Coordinator and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject area instruction (Green house and plan based botanical) that provides students with appropriate level lessons and age experiences.
- Develop and implement instructional materials to provide individual and small group instruction to students of various ability levels grades 8 -12.

- Follow all Agency policies and procedures, along with state and federal regulations pertaining to our school and students.

Position Purpose: Leads the Accommodative Services Office at Union College, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations to support students with disabilities. Primary Responsibilities:
Software Licensing:
- Review and respond to software license requests from faculty/staff/students.

Billing:
- Process monthly billing for ITS activities and track receipt of payments.
- Investigate any discrepancies in revenue.
Asset Management:
- Work collaboratively across ITS to ensure accurate asset management needs and processes are fulfilled in a timely matter.
- Ensure all purchases have the appropriate Asset Management forms/tags when received and disposed of.
- Record accurate information in the Asset Management database, including the addition and removal of assets.

- Manage relationships with staff from ITS and other departments on campus to facilitate transactions for all Central Business Office activities.

Job Description:
Information Technology Services (ITS) at the University at Albany seeks applicants for a Computer Deployment Specialist to support a campus-wide project to replace all non-Windows 11 compatible computers by Fall 2025. This is a large project with a tight timeline. Faculty, staff, conference room, classroom, and research lab computers will be replaced.
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Field Support (FSG) Deployment Group, which will work as a specialized team to deploy all new computers quickly and efficiently. The FSG Deployment Group will support the preparation and deployment/installation of new computers, including installing software, setting up peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.), and removing and securely disposing of old computers. The FSG Deployment Group will deploy computers across three campus locations as appointments and rooms are scheduled with faculty and staff.
This position reports to the FSG Deployment Group Supervisor. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under challenging circumstances. They must also be able to complete work within scheduled time constraints. Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications is required. The candidate must also be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
The successful candidate must be able to anticipate and support customers with a wide range of technological expertise. This work requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to follow pre-defined processes and workflows to ensure standardization, and the ability to balance both the technical and basic functional expectations of the position.
Primary responsibilities:
As a member of the FSG Deployment Group, follow and assist with pre-defined processes and workflows as assigned, including:
- Activities to support new computer deliveries and maintenance of storage and work areas.
- Configure computers and run OS deployment.
- Accurately update machine and person data in Active Directory and the appropriate inventory, reporting, project, and management tools.
- Prepare computers for daily delivery and deployment to designated offices, classrooms, conference rooms, or designated staging areas.
- Deploy and set up new computers in faculty and staff offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and research labs.
- Install titles from the Software Catalog or Software Portfolio on faculty or staff computers.
- Install peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)-may require installing drivers or adding to a printer queue.
- Resolve or report for further action any remaining questions or issues as requested by a customer or noted during computer setup.
- Remove old computers by returning them to the designated location and prepare them for secure disposal.
- Complete work within scheduled time constraints and maintain a good working schedule that allows work and daily responsibilities to be completed as scheduled.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business Administration, and a minimum of 5 years of successful management experience in a service-oriented technology environment, and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Windows and Apple client hardware and operating systems.
- Proven experience implementing performance metrics for operational analysis and decision-making purposes.

Position Purpose: Oversees and directs the operations, vision, and programs for Greek life at Union College by facilitating an environment where members of the Greek community can be challenged and supported in their personal growth, efforts, and experiences. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration or related field and 3-5 years of student affairs experience or equivalent, and/or a combination of relevant education, training, certifications, and/or work experience. Knowledge of residential liberal arts college administration is desirable Knowledge of residential liberal arts college administration is desirable.
- Knowledge of National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities, North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) fraternities, National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) and National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO) organizations. Membership in an international/national fraternity or sorority is preferred.
- Demonstrated success with the development of educational programming related to risk management, hazing, student conduct, alcohol education, sexual assault prevention, and diversity/equity/inclusion/belonging.
- Experience with leadership development programs and training, including identifying proactively and pursuing relevant learning and professional development opportunities and applying new knowledge, insights, and skills to enhance results.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and participation in the Deans and Directors on-call rotation for crisis intervention.
- Ability to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow staff colleagues.

Compensation
The annual salary range this position is $60,000.00 - $62,000.00. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator
Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, full-time
Supervisor: Vice President and Chief of Staff
Position Purpose: Under general direction by the Vice President and Chief of Staff, Office of the President, works collaboratively with various departments, including Student Affairs, Human Resources, Academic Affairs, Campus Safety and the Chief Diversity Officer to ensure the College’s adherence to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Amendments to the Clery Act, New York State Education Law Article 129-B, and other federal and state laws governing gender-based misconduct, discrimination, harassment and equal opportunity. Plays a pivotal role in fostering and securing a nurturing environment conducive to academic and personal growth of all College community members.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Compliance: Facilitates compliance with all procedures, requirements and timeframes outlined in the College’s Title IX Policy, Gender-based Misconduct Policy, and the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation in Employment. Leads an effort to review and revise policies in response to changes in governing laws, regulations, and guidance. Reviews and compiles reports in compliance with federal and state law and to identify and address any patterns or systemic problems of reports of harassment and misconduct within the College community. Completes annual assessment report of progress to goals.
- Process Oversight: Oversees and coordinates investigations, responses, and resolutions to complaints under the Title IX Policy, the Gender-based Misconduct Policy, and the Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation in Employment. Assures that investigation and resolution processes are conducted in a fair, timely, impartial, respectful, and thorough manner.
- Collaboration & Partnership: Collaborates with colleagues in Student Affairs and Human Resources to identify topics, design and deliver student and employee training including compliance content training (e.g. NCAA Title IX requirements, new student orientation requirements, student training pursuant to New York Education Law Article 129-B, etc.). Coordinates with local organizations and service providers to ensure our community members have access to confidential resources. Manages partnerships with other external agencies with which the College has a partnership in executing its responsibilities under Title IX and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Supervision: Selects, trains, assigns and oversees designated roles including Deputy Title IX Coordinators, investigators, adjudication panel members, appellate panel members and advisors; ensures all are adequately trained in compliance with federal and New York State law.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a related field such as human resources, law, social justice, higher education administration or a relevant discipline and/or a Juris Doctorate, and a minimum of three years of experience in equal opportunity compliance, Title IX administration, or a related field, preferably in a higher education or nonprofit organizational setting.
- Extensive experience working on compliance with Title IX, Title VII, ADA, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Section 504 and related regulatory requirements.
- Certification and/or training as required by federal and New York State law to serve in the position, or ability to obtain such certification and training prior to commencement of employment.
- Demonstrated expertise in federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to equal opportunity, affirmative action, discrimination and harassment, including comprehensive knowledge of Title VII, Title IX, the Clery Act, New York State Education Law Article 129-B or similar state laws, and related guidance from the United States Department of Education and applicable state authorities.
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
- Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity towards experiences and expressions of trauma caused by sexual violence, discrimination and harassment.
- Strong presentation skills with an emphasis on education and training for a variety of constituencies.
- Experience conducting and/or overseeing investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct, and familiarity with principles of procedural fairness and due process.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
